AHSoft is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

Data you give us. If you email info@ahsoft.ae (opens in a new tab), or use the contact form, we receive what you send: your name, email address, phone number, company, the subject you choose and your message. The form does not store the message on the Website. It opens an email to info@ahsoft.ae (opens in a new tab) in your mail app.

Google Analytics 4. If you choose Accept on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4. Until then, and if you choose Decline, the Analytics script is not loaded. When it runs, Google receives technical details of the visit: pages viewed, approximate time on the page, general location such as country or city, browser, device, screen language and the site that referred you. It does not receive the contents of your email or contact form. We do not use Analytics for advertising.

Cookies. After you accept, Google Analytics sets a _ga cookie, which distinguishes your browser and can last up to two years, and a _ga_ cookie followed by our measurement ID, which keeps session state and can last up to two years. We do not grant ad storage, ad user data or ad personalisation. Your Accept or Decline choice is saved only in this browser's local storage, under the key ahsoft-analytics-consent, so we can remember it. That value stays on your device.

Our host may process the IP address and basic request data needed to deliver the page and keep the site secure. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to include it in your messages.

We use personal data to:

• reply to your enquiry and communicate with you about it;
• prepare proposals or provide services you request;
• operate, maintain and secure the Website;
• measure how the Website is used with Google Analytics 4, only after you accept;
• comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiles, and we will not send marketing messages without a separate consent.

Google Analytics 4 runs only with your consent. You can refuse it, or withdraw it later, and the site works the same either way. We use the details you email us to answer your enquiry, at your request. The host's technical logs are used to deliver and secure the Website.

We share personal data only when needed, with:

• the provider that hosts the Website, so the pages can be served;
• professional advisers, where necessary;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

Messages you send from the contact form are delivered by your own email provider to info@ahsoft.ae (opens in a new tab). We do not pass that form to a third-party form service.

Google Analytics processes data on Google's systems, which may be outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Google describes the safeguards it uses at policies.google.com/privacy (opens in a new tab). Our host may also process connection data outside the UAE. Where data leaves the UAE, we take reasonable steps to see that it stays protected in line with applicable law.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need to reply and follow up, then for a reasonable period for our records, unless the law requires longer. We then delete them. Google Analytics cookies remain for up to two years unless you delete them or withdraw consent. Event data in Google Analytics is kept for the retention period set on our Analytics property.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to the inbox at info@ahsoft.ae (opens in a new tab). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before you withdrew it;
• request a copy of your data in a portable format.

To withdraw analytics consent, use Cookie settings in the footer and choose Decline. We then remember the refusal in this browser, stop loading Google Analytics on later visits, set analytics storage to denied, and delete the _ga cookies stored for this site.
